Questions we get asked.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is a little different, so we price each one around what you actually need. After a relaxed first chat, we send you a fixed quote, so you know exactly what it will cost before any work starts. No surprises along the way.
How long does a website take?
Most websites take about 4–8 weeks from our first chat to launch day, depending on the size of the site and how quickly the content comes together. You'll get a clear timeline with your quote, and we'll keep you posted at every step.
Do I need to use all four services?
Not at all. Many clients start with just one thing, like a new website, and add the rest as their business grows. Pick what you need now, and we'll be here when you're ready for the next step.
Can you work with my existing brand or website?
Absolutely. We're happy to refresh what you already have, rebuild it from the ground up, or simply take over the hosting and support so you can focus on your business. We'll take a look and recommend what makes the most sense.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes, and we'll make sure you feel confident doing it. Your site is built on WordPress, and at handover we walk you through editing text, swapping images and adding new pages. If you'd rather leave it to us, that's fine too.
What happens after launch?
We don't disappear once your site goes live. We can host and look after it, make updates whenever you need them and help you grow with marketing. And you're never locked in: everything we build is yours to keep.
